The American multinational company Halliburton, within the framework of the pilot project, will assist the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine in the creation of an open digital base of geological information.
Creating an open archive of geological information that will meet international standards will lead to greater investment attractiveness and will contribute to the development of the market for energy resources in Ukraine.
At this stage, 25% of the total information has been digitized.
The head of the service - Mykola Boyarkin remarked: "Frankly speaking, this is not a simple task, so we see the realization with the help of powerful foreign companies."
