Датчик момента на ключе ДМК Moment sensor on the keys of the DMQ

.

The torque sensor on the DMX keys is intended for measuring the moment on the mechanical key of the rotor of drilling rigs for the purpose of sealing the connection of the casing pipes and preventing their breakage.

The DMX sensor is installed in the "gap" of the holding wire of the mechanical key using special earbuds with fixing nuts.

The principle of operation is based on measuring the tightening force with a mechanical key of casing pipes with a constant force shoulder through measuring the value of the tensile strength of the retaining rope. A tensor transducer of the sensor outputs the value of the electrical voltage, proportional to this effort, and hence the moment on the key. The normalizing amplifier outputs the output signal to the standard range.

The sensor of the DMK consists of an S-shaped strain gauge with an elastic force element and a normalizing amplifier. Connection to the sensor is carried out via a cable through a split connection. A normalizing amplifier is assembled in a separate housing and connected to a tensometric converter by an electrical cable through a split connection. Connection of external measuring and recording devices to the normalizing amplifier of the sensor is carried out by cable through a split connection. All components of the sensor are made of stainless steel.
