Summary gas analyzer СГА-03

The total gas analyzer СГА-03 is intended for continuous measurement of the total concentration of combustible gases in a gas-air mixture.

The principle of operation is based on measuring the resistance of the sensing element of gas detectors in proportion to the concentration of combustible gases, and converting the magnitude of the output signal into the total composition of gases, using the gauge characteristics of gas sensors obtained before and after inclusion of the dilution of the gas in question by air.

When operating the device, one of the gas sensors is in the mode of measurement, the other - in the purge mode with clean air, which is supplied by the membrane pump of the gas transport unit. Switching the sensors from the mode of measurement to the purge mode and in reverse mode is carried out automatically after a certain time. When exceeding the set limit value of the total gas content, an automatic dilution of the gas in the air is carried out, accompanied by an audible alarm. The power-off mode of the breeding mode is displayed on the display of the appliance and on the computer monitor screen.
