DOR
.
The DOR sensor is designed to measure the rotational speed of the transmission elements of the rotor drive.
The principle of operation is based on the operation of the primary sensor transducer when the metallic object approaches its surface.
The sensor consists of a magnetic-induction converter of approximation and a module for normalization.
The DOR sensor is installed in the rotor rotation zone. The mounting bracket allows you to adjust the position of the sensor in the horizontal and vertical planes. The light-emitting diodes of the normalization module serve to indicate the coupling of the sensor when the metal object is approached.
The metal parts of the sensor are made of stainless steel. The body of the normalization module is made of impact-resistant plastics.
The normalization module is used in two versions:
- At the output, a transistor key (open collector) with a 120 ohm resistor is sequentially turned on. The metal object is close - the key is closed.
- with an output signal of 4-20 mA. The output signal is proportional to the response frequency of the sensor. The output current range corresponds to a frequency of 0-100 Hz. Connection scheme is three-wire.
