Карбонатометр КМ-04 Carbonometer KM-04

.

The carbonometer is used to determine the mass fraction of calcite, dolomite and insoluble mineral residue in rock samples.

The principle of operation of a carbonometer is in the continuous measurement of the pressure and temperature of carbon dioxide released in the reaction chamber during the reaction of carbonate substances with hydrochloric acid and the calculation of mass particles of calcite and dolomite in a sample based on the difference in the kinetics of their interaction with acid.

The carbonometer has a control unit with a digital pressure indicator, a technological unit, the chamber of which has a reaction chamber with a temperature sensor, a magnetic stirrer and a capacity for an acid solution.

In the middle of the case mounted piston dispenser, pressure gauge and gas valve after the reaction.
