Gaseous chromatograph PETROTEST-02

.

Petrotest-02 chromatograph is intended for automatic measurement of molar particles of methane, ethane, ethylene, propane, butane, pentane and hydrogen in air mixtures (HVS).

The principle of operation of the gas chromatograph Petrotest-02 is as follows: the gas-air mixture is automatically sampled from the DHW flow (or manually entered) and simultaneously fed into two pre-columns, in which hydrocarbons with a molecular weight greater than that in the analyzed components are sorbed. At the end of a given time, the gas passing through the pre-colonies is fed into the separating columns, and the "heavy" gas sorbed in front of the columns is discharged into the atmosphere (the technology of "return blowing").

The components of the analyzed gas coming from the separating columns are fed into gas sensors. Formed gas sensors, electrical signals, proportional to the concentrations of the analyzed components, are digitized. The resulting digital values are used to calculate the concentration of the measured components.

One of the measuring channels shows the value of the concentration of hydrogen, methane, ethane and ethylene, the other - propane, butane and pentane.

The technology of "return ventilation" provides high reliability of measurement of concentration of hydrocarbon components in gas mixtures of any composition.
