The degasser with electric drive DTSE-1 is intended for the extraction of gases from a drilling mud, which is carried out by destroying part of the stream entering the zone of the blade mixer.
The degasser DCE-1 consists of:
- cylindrical body with an inlet in the lower part and a side discharge nozzle
- Pyramid type mixer installed in the middle of the case
- an explosion-proof engine mounted on the top of the housing and connected to the shaft of the mixer
- mounting devices, for regulated installation degasser in the open chute or container before the vibration shaft
For design performance and performance, the degasser meets the QGM (Quantitative Gas Measurement) standard adopted by the leading oil companies.
