Degasizer thermovacuum DTV-2 is intended for the removal of free and sorbent (dissolved gases) from samples of sludge and drilling mud.
The principle of the action of the thermo-vacuum degasser is based on the removal of the gases contained in the sample, due to the violation of the thermodynamic equilibrium when creating a vacuum and thermostat heating of the sludge or drilling mud to the set temperature.
The thermo-vacuum degasser contains an electric heater with a thermostat, an analytical unit with a control panel and a gas collection system, a vacuum device and two stainless steel samplers, the design of which allows the hermetic sampling of the drilling mud.
