Weight sensor
on the hook
in DNA
.
The DNA sensor is intended for measuring the weight of the drill tool and controlling the load on the bit while drilling wells with a vertical barrel, as well as the weight on the hook of the drilling unit under various technological operations.
Installed on a stationary branch of a tread line.
The DNA sensor is different from analogues with improved temperature characteristics and higher accuracy.
The principle of operation of the DNA sensor is based on the distribution of the force on the traction of the tramline in its immobile part on the longitudinal and transverse forces. The transverse force transmitted to the primary power converter causes a disturbance of the bridge's balance of the primary converter. A normalizing amplifier results in a disturbance of the balance to a standard range.
The DNA weight sensor consists of a tensor resistive primary power transducer that normalizes the amplifier and the tension mechanism of the rope, which provides adjustment of the angle of its displacement.
Adjustment of the magnitude of the angle of the transformation of effort is carried out with the help of the installation - the removal of the control plates under the bearing loggers of the sensor.
All components of the DNA sensor are made of stainless steel.
