.
Moment sensor on the DMZ-T rotor (for chain-type drilling rigs)
.
The sensor DMZ-T is designed to control the rotating torque of the rotary table on chainsaw drilling rigs.
Installed under the leading branch of the chain of the drive rotor and through the impeller takes the effort that occurs when tensioning the chain.
Sensor DMZ-T has the type of protection against explosion 1ExibIIBT5 and is certified (certificate of compliance No. ROSS RU GB 06. A00543).
The principle of operation is based on the fact that the forces that arise during the tension of the chain drive in proportion to the moment of resistance to the rotor turnover. This effort is transmitted through the impeller and causes deformation of the elastic element of the DMR-T converter and violates the balance of its electric bridge. A normalizing amplifier causes the magnitude of this disturbance to the balance of the standard range.

Moment sensor on the DMC-D rotor (for chain-type drilling rigs)
.
The DMZ-D sensor is designed to control the rotating torque of the rotary table on chain driven drilling rigs.
Installed under the leading branch of the chain of the rotor drive and perceives through the impeller the forces that arise when tensioning the chain.
Sensor DMZ-D has the type of protection against explosion 1ExibIIBT5 and is certified (certificate of compliance No. ROSS RU GB 06.А00543).
The principle of operation is based on the fact that the forces that arise during the tension of the chain drive in proportion to the moment of resistance to the rotor turnover. This effort is transmitted through the impeller and causes deformation of the membrane of the converter DMZ-D, which is fixed differential transformer. When the membrane is bent, the inconsistency that occurs in the windings of the transformer forms an electrical signal proportional to the value of the deformation, and the microcontroller of the converter DMC-D calculates the averaged value of the signal and leads it to the standard range of quantities.
The sensor consists of a DMZ-D converter and equipment with mounting elements and a working wheel, which is installed under the leading branch of the rotor drive chain, and takes the effort that arises during the tension of the chain.

The torque sensor on the DMR-D rotor (for drilling rigs with angular gearbox)
.
The DMR-D sensor is designed to measure the torque on the rotor of a drill rig with a corner reducer by measuring the force of the reaction of the gear support.
Installed on the support of the reducer of the drive of the rotary table and takes the effort of the reaction of the support (compression). Sensor DMR-D has the type of protection against explosion 1ExibIIBT5 and is certified: the certificate of compliance No. ROSS RU GB 06. A00543.
The principle of operation is based on the fact that the force acting on the reference heel of the probe is proportional to the moment of resistance to rotation of the rotor. This effort causes an elastic deformation of the membrane, on which the nodes of the differential transformer (LVDT) are fixed. When the membrane bends, the inconsistency that arose in the windings of the transformer forms an electrical signal proportional to the magnitude of the deformation. When an array of measured values is accumulated at least 10 times per second, the microcontroller of the conversion card calculates the average signal value and leads to a standard range of values.
The DMR-D sensor consists of a cylindrical housing with an elastic power membrane and conversion boards. For transfer of effort on a membrane the support heel is installed. The mechanical bend of the elastic membrane is converted into an electrical signal using a differential transformer (LVDT). For mounting on a flat surface, the sensor has an installation flange. All components of the sensor are made of stainless steel. Connection to the sensor by cable is carried out through a metal sealed input.

The moment sensor on the DME rotor
(for electric drill rigs)
.
DME sensor is designed to control the electric power of the electric drive and serves for the indirect determination of the value of the torque on the rotor.
Installed on the power cable phase of the electric drive rotor drilling rig.
The principle of operation is based on the direct dependence of the torque value on the rotor of the drilling unit on the value of the current in the power part of the rotor's electric drive.
The current flowing through a single phase of a power electric power supply cable to the electric drive of the rotor of the drilling unit is proportional to the output voltage of the current converter.
Using in the design of the converter current of the sensor on the Hall effect can measure both alternating and direct current in the supply cable. The normalization module leads to the voltage of the DC and AC currents to the standard range of quantities. Conversion method is the measurement of the average rectified signal.
